Shipping is carried out by selected logistics partners. Delivery times are indicated on the product pages. Additional customs fees may apply for non-EU shipments.

Statutory warranty rights apply. We are only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent.

Where applicable, products carry CE certification or relevant safety documentation. Please review all product labels before use.

11. Not for Clinical or Medical Use

Unless clearly specified, our products are not certified for clinical or medical applications and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical treatment or advice.

12. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment is received.

13. Governing Law

Contracts are governed by German law. The place of jurisdiction is Maintal, Germany.
