1. Shipping Information

We deliver within Germany, across the EU, and internationally upon request. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.

Shipping costs depend on the product type, dimensions, and delivery location. Exact shipping costs for standard items are shown during the checkout process.

Products marked "on request" (e.g., hyperbaric chambers, cold tubs, etc.): Shipping costs and delivery times for such items are calculated individually and communicated during the offer or final order confirmation.

2. Delivery Time

• Standard items: usually shipped within 3–5 working days after payment
• Larger equipment: 7–14 working days depending on logistics availability
• On-request items: delivery time to be agreed individually

3. Payment Methods

We offer secure payment options, including:

• Bank Transfer (Prepayment)

Goods are shipped only after full payment unless otherwise agreed.
