🔄 Returns & Refunds
Yes, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Yes, the following are excluded:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Sealed products that can’t be returned for hygiene reasons
- Large equipment (e.g. chambers, cold tubs) that can’t be returned by normal post
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was faulty or damaged on arrival.
