Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) received the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you (excluding delivery costs for special or heavy goods) within 14 days. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of return.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

❗ Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized
• Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene
• Heavy equipment (e.g., hyperbaric chambers, cold tubs, or custom infrared panels) that cannot be returned by normal post
